"Before partnering with UnionTech, we used traditional epoxy resin for shoe mold production. Manufacturing a shoe mold involved a series of processes: model (master mold) preparation → frame construction → parting surface selection → release agent application → mixing and pouring → resin curing and mold splitting → post-processing of epoxy molds → mold assembly and testing. This consumed significant labor and time costs, and we constantly worried about mold quality not meeting standards, as well as issues like insufficiently detailed shoe patterns." ——Fernando, Relevant Person in Charge of Dakota

As a Brazilian footwear enterprise with global sales, Dakota's huge demand could no longer be met by traditional production methods in terms of efficiency. It is reported that after introducing UnionTech's 3D printing solutions for the footwear industry, Dakota has achieved significant efficiency improvements with the high-performance and intelligent 3D printing equipment Lite600.Previously, producing one shoe mold took nearly 10 hours.
