一個(gè)木模通常需要8個(gè)小時(shí)左右,同時(shí)整個(gè)生產(chǎn)鏈需要大量的工人。在處理特殊咬花的時(shí)候需要耗費(fèi)大量的人工與時(shí)長(zhǎng),即便如此,還不能確?;y的精確度,無法實(shí)現(xiàn)差異化生產(chǎn)。更令人頭疼的是,鞋模的咬花工藝會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量污染,需要廠家付出巨大精力進(jìn)行維護(hù)處理,對(duì)工人健康及生態(tài)環(huán)境也會(huì)造成極大的威脅。
Producing a wooden mold typically took about 8 hours, requiring a large workforce across the entire production chain.
Processing special texturing required significant labor and time, yet still could not ensure the precision of patterns, making differentiated production impossible.
More problematically, the texturing process of shoe molds generated significant pollution, requiring manufacturers to invest substantial effort in maintenance, posing great threats to workers' health and the ecological environment.

In response to industry development, Jixin Technology leveraged its production experience to explore and compare advanced production technologies. In 2016, it turned to a new production method—additive manufacturing. After multiple comparisons, it ultimately selected UnionTech's 3D printing technology for shoe molds and began purchasing UnionTech's 3D printing equipment in 2017.
